Crestline HVAC Facility Services looks after heating, cooling and ventilation for commercial facilities and homes from an office on Kemp Boulevard in Wichita Falls.
The report is the product.
Most of what an HVAC contractor does disappears the moment the van leaves. A filter changed, a coil cleaned, a part replaced — and no record anyone can read, so the next visit starts from scratch.
We work the other way round. Every visit ends with the condition report updated: every unit, its readings, its status and a sentence of reasoning. Over time that document becomes the most useful thing we give a client, because it answers the question every facility manager and homeowner actually has — what is going to need money next, and when?
Everything else follows from that. Diagnose before fixing. Show what we found. Price in writing. Replace in order, in mild weather, on equipment chosen by calculation.

Why the commercial side leads.
Where the method came from
Facilities with many units and a budget set a year ahead are where condition reporting is indispensable. A facility manager cannot plan around equipment they cannot see, and a board cannot approve money for a unit nobody has described to them.
Why it works just as well at home
A household has no maintenance budget — it has a bank balance and a hot July. Knowing a year ahead that the condenser is heading for replacement is worth as much to a family as it is to a facility.

Crestline HVAC Facility Services is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor. "Facility Services" describes who we mostly work for — facilities — not a wider trade list. We do not do janitorial, electrical, plumbing or general building maintenance.
There are no review counts, star ratings, staff biographies, founding years, project counts or client names anywhere on this site. The example condition report on the home page is labelled as an example; it describes no real site. Anything genuine will be added when the business supplies it.

Air conditioning contractors in Texas are licensed by the state. The business's licence number belongs on this page and in the footer, and will be added when it is supplied — not shown as a placeholder that could be mistaken for a real one.
